We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably throughout South Africa.

Free Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over R500. No coupon required—this will be automatically applied at checkout.

Holiday Notice (Christmas Closure)

Please note that our company will be closed for the Christmas holidays from 19 December 2025 to 5 January 2026.
Orders placed on 19 December 2025 or later will be processed and dispatched starting from 5 January 2026, in the order they were received. Thank you for your understanding.

Order Processing

Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times by Region

Gauteng: 1–2 business days
Cape Town & Western Cape: 2–4 business days
KwaZulu-Natal (e.g., Durban): 2–4 business days
Eastern Cape & Free State: 3–5 business days
Northern Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West: 3–6 business days

Note: Delivery time may vary slightly depending on courier capacity and remote area access.

Customers are welcome to select Local Pickup at checkout.

Tracking & Support

All shipments come with tracking. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
